First Week Musings
Please remember that practices begin at the following times...5:00, 5:45, and 6:45 pm. Stragglers miss the dryland warmup and are at a disadvantage.
Please label everything!!
Your children should have a water bottle for practice.
All girls and boys with long hair need to wear a cap. I gave out a number of caps to the boys this evening...they can either wear the cap or get a short hair cut. Long hair over the eyes in the pool requires a cap.
Please pick up your children within 15 minutes of the practice ending.
Varsity Swim Shop Night
This monday, November 10th, is the Swim Suit and Fin purchase night. Varsity swim shop will be there from 5-7. You will order a team suit which we will keep to have a team logo put on at our cost (after you buy the suit), and you will order a pair of fins. Fins come in sizes 1-3, 3-5. 5-7, 7-9 and 9-11. I also recommend purchasing an equipment bag for the fins...kids can put their water bottle and caps and goggles in this bag as well.
Parents of Boys..please check your kids suits...make sure you have your child's suit and not someone elses...we already have one family that has lost two suits! They are labeled.
